We need at least a 4 month advance notice for travel requests (exception to Mexico/Caribbean) so that we have enough time to work thru proper travel options for you. Planning takes time these days as our vendors also work thru staffing and operational constraints. It is of your best interest to plan within that 6>9 month window for more favorable results.

We currently do ~not offer any travel assistance within the Lower 48 States except for Disney World specifically. We also do not offer airline-only or hotel-only reservations and have a minimum spend for our services. We just set up FULL TRAVEL EXPERIENCES ONLY from departure date to return date which include your flights, hotel stays, transfers and activities…not parts thereof.

Self Service

For when price is the motivation. Here you have access to a variety of tools to build a vacation within the USA or to many locations around the world.

Kindly note that this option is just that, self-service. You will reply upon your own research, booking abilities, electronic correspondence and very limited interation with our professional staff. In the unlikely event that you may need service on your self-service booking (ie: room category changes,airline schedule changes, etc), there are separate professional fees that will be collected by us (in addition to suppliers penalties) at the time of service by our team.

Please be mindful that NOT all requests submitted will be accepted as the volume of requests received often exceeds the operational capacity for all of us. This is not unique to us but common with those of us travel agencies that remain.
