We also believe that a planning fee engages clients in the planning process and really captures not just the bigger trips but makes them think of us for all their travel needs.

To that end, the answer is YES to most custom itineraries. The exact planning fee depends on the complexity of your request and the anticipated number of hours needs to plan, revise and service your travel investment. We will quote you this fee at time of your request. In many situations, we will apply this non-refundable planning fee towards the purchase of your travel investment.
